NFT liviVerse

Situation

With NFT rapidly gaining popularity around the world, livi is exploring opportunities around this area. Hence, a study is called for to understand consumer views on virtual assets.

To further engage users and encourage ongoing interaction, I collaborate with the product owner to brainstorm future services within the liviVerse. I design a separate section within the app that showcases these exclusive services, highlighting the benefits and enticing users to explore and take full advantage of their Mochi ownership.

I carried out a quantitative study to find out consumer’ interest and perception of both crypto (as prerequisite of NFT), and NFT itself. Awareness & usage of cryptocurrency, barriers of pick-up and opportunities to leverage Perception of NFT as an investment option

Task

As the UX/UI lead working on livi's NFT feature, I collaborate closely with the product owner to create a captivating and immersive user journey that engages and delights livi's users. Together, I aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment users enter the Mochi NFT world until they become proud owners of these unique digital artworks.

As users enter their details and enter the lucky draw, I design an interactive element, such as a spinning wheel or a colorful progress bar, to create anticipation and excitement. This element adds a touch of gamification, enhancing the user experience and making the journey more enjoyable.

Once the lucky draw winners are selected, I design a visually stunning notification screen that congratulates the winners and provides instructions for claiming their unique NFT artwork. This screen includes clear and concise information on how to access the digital wallet within the livi App, where they can securely store and manage their exclusive Mochi NFTs.

Result

By crafting this fiction user journey, I play a significant role in maximizing user engagement and satisfaction with Livi's NFT feature, further solidifying Livi's position as a leader in the banking app industry in Hong Kong.
